This is the first chickadee for my paintings. I've been wanting to paint one for a while now. This chickadee was painted from a photo reference taken by me at one of our local parks. I just love the body position with the apple blossoms surrounding him. And it gives a peaceful, serenity feeling with the pastel colours.
