"Flying Colours" is a celebration of life, rhythm, and the Acadian heritage.  I deliberately chose the colours of blue, white, and red for the flowers as it pays proud homage to the Acadian flag, transforming traditional cultural symbols into a scene featuring modern vitality. I added a ruby-throated hummingbird ascending to the bouquet of poppies as  I wanted a joyful tribute to resilience, spirit, and the untamed beauty of the East Coast landscape we share in the beautiful province of New Brunswick.
